Q: What happens if I cancel my FormWise subscription?
A: Your free sub-account will be suspended. You can choose to take over ownership by subscribing directly with HighLevel with a link we can give you to sign up directly with them.
Q: Will I be charged for using HighLevel features?
A: Your base sub-account is free, but any add-ons (phone numbers, email send limits, etc.) will be billed directly by HighLevel through their in-app billing system. Please familiarize yourself with the HighLevel pay as you go fees.
Q: Can I resell this sub-account to clients?
A: No, this is a personal sub-account for running your own business. For white-label reselling, you’ll need a separate HighLevel agency plan. You can always request this subaccount be transferred to your own HighLevel plan.
Q: Who do I contact for technical support?
A: For FormWise-related issues, contact FormWise Support. For anything HighLevel-specific, please use their community resources. We will soon have a 24/7 live chat and library and in app support within your subaccount.
Q: What if I already have a HighLevel account?
A: If you already have a HighLevel agency or sub-account, this offer may still be useful for personal projects or testing environments. You are not required to activate the free sub-account if you don’t need it. You can also request to transfer it into our account and you can save on that bill. Only if you can ask pretty please.
Q: Can I transfer my data to another CRM?
A: Yes! You can export your data from HighLevel if you choose to migrate to another platform. All data is yours, contacts, domains, etc. We don't help with migration though, but we can transfer it into another GHL if necessary or if you want to sign up directly, just let us know, we have a special link for that scenerio.

FormWise + HighLevel Sub-Account Terms of Service
Eligibility:
Access to the free HighLevel sub-account is available exclusively to users with an active FormWise Pro or Agency plan. If your FormWise subscription is canceled, downgraded, or otherwise ends, your associated HighLevel sub-account will be suspended.
Non-Resale Use:
The provided sub-account is intended solely for your personal business use.
Reselling, reassigning, or marketing this sub-account as your own white-labeled agency solution is not permitted.
HighLevel Features & Add-Ons:
Your sub-account will include all features available within HighLevel’s standard $97/month plan.
Any paid features, add-ons, or third-party services (e.g., dedicated phone numbers, premium templates, call tracking) will be billed directly through HighLevel’s billing system. You are solely responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Data Privacy & Security:
While FormWise has the technical ability to access data within your HighLevel sub-account, we will not use it to train AI models, resell it, or otherwise exploit your information. Your data remains private and is subject to HighLevel’s privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Support & Self-Help Resources:
FormWise does not provide technical support for your HighLevel sub-account.
For CRM-related assistance, please use HighLevel’s official support channels, including their in-app chat support, YouTube channel, and Facebook community. We will have 24/7 live chat and in app support soon within your subaccount.
Account Transfers Upon Cancellation:
If you terminate your FormWise subscription, you may request the transfer of your HighLevel sub-account into your own independent HighLevel account. Upon request, FormWise will facilitate a smooth transfer, without penalty or restriction.
